Francis J. Greenburger is the Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of Time Equities Inc. (TEI), a globally diversified real estate investment, development, and asset management company he established in 1966. Under his visionary leadership, TEI has grown into a multibillion-dollar enterprise, managing over 43 million square feet of properties across seven countries, including residential, industrial, office, and retail assets. Greenburger is renowned for his acute ability to identify value in real estate markets worldwide, pioneering co-op conversions in New York City and expanding internationally as early as the 1990s.
Beyond his business acumen, Greenburger is a dedicated philanthropist, author, and social advocate. He is the driving force behind the Greenburger Center for Social and Criminal Justice, which he founded to promote mental health and criminal justice reform in the United States. Additionally, Greenburger chairs Sanford J. Greenburger Associates, the literary agency founded by his father, and he is actively involved in arts education organizations such as Art Omi.
