Mandy Ginsberg is a seasoned technology executive and the former CEO of Match Group (NASDAQ: MTCH), the world's largest portfolio of online dating brands including Tinder, Match.com, Hinge, OkCupid, and PlentyOfFish. During her 14-year tenure at Match Group (2006–2020), she rose from Vice President and General Manager of Chemistry.com to CEO, overseeing revenue growth from approximately $800 million to $1.7 billion and a stock price increase from roughly $11 to nearly $70. As CEO, she led the strategic acquisition of Hinge in 2018 and drove significant subscriber growth through Tinder Gold and optimized monetization strategies. Prior to becoming CEO of Match Group, Ms. Ginsberg served as CEO of The Princeton Review and Tutor.com, both IAC subsidiaries, where she modernized the brands for digital education by expanding into online tutoring and college counseling. Earlier in her career at Match Group, she led the award-winning "Come as You Are" campaign for Chemistry.com, quadrupling brand awareness, and subsequently oversaw all North and South American operations as CEO of Match Group Americas. Ms. Ginsberg currently serves as an Operating Partner at Advent International, a leading global private equity firm, where she works with the consumer and technology investment teams. She also serves on the boards of Uber Technologies, ThredUp, Universal Music Group, and Flo Health. Previously, she held board seats at Care.com and J.C. Penney. A champion of pay equity, Ms. Ginsberg ordered a company-wide audit upon becoming CEO of Match Group to ensure equal pay between men and women and implemented proactive pay adjustments. She is a sought-after speaker on leadership, resilience, and building category-defining consumer brands. Ms. Ginsberg holds a BA in English and Spanish Literature from the University of California, Berkeley, where she was a competitive soccer player, and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
