About Event

Series Seed is hosting a conversation with Craig Vosburg, Chief Services Officer at Mastercard - one of the most iconic payments networks in the world, processing trillions of dollars in transactions across more than 210 countries and territories. In his current role, Craig leads Mastercard's fast-growing services business, a portfolio spanning cyber and intelligence, data and analytics, consulting, marketing services, loyalty, personalization, and open banking - the engine behind Mastercard's strategy to grow far beyond the card itself. Craig's story at Mastercard is a masterclass in playing the long game. Over nearly two decades at the company, he has continuously reinvented himself, climbing through five progressively senior roles. He joined Mastercard in 2006 to build out its advisory business across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, before being named Managing Director of Mastercard Advisors for the U.S. and Canada and later Group Executive of U.S. Market Development. He went on to serve as President of North America, overseeing the company's largest customer-facing market, and as Chief Product Officer, leading the global Product and Engineering organization, before stepping into his current role as Chief Services Officer. Before Mastercard, Craig spent his early career as a senior member of the Financial Services practices at Bain & Company and A.T. Kearney, and was a Vice President at CoreStates Financial Corporation. He is a past David Rockefeller Fellow at the Partnership for New York City, and holds an MBA from the Wharton School and a BS in Business Administration from Bucknell University. This session will explore what it takes to build a career at the top of global payments, the mindset behind reinventing yourself inside the same institution for two decades, and Craig's advice for young professionals on the long, deliberate climb from consulting to the C-suite. Attendance is limited. Reserve your spot early.
